When will I receive my order?
Generally all orders placed by 5:00pm MST will go out the next business
day. Orders placed on Sunday will go out the following Monday and orders
placed on holidays will go out the following business day. Please allow
between 3 and 6 business days, after you order has been shipped, for your
order to be delivered.
I haven't received my order?
We ship all orders to the address provided during the checkout process.
Please make sure that you entered your correct address and have allowed up
to 6 business days for the order to be delivered.
Why did I have to pay shipping?
All orders under $75 pay only $5.15 for shipping. To qualify for free
shipping the order must be over $75.
I have not received any information about my order.
All correspondence will be conducted by email. Please make sure you
provide a valid and working email address during the checkout process. If
your email address is not working correctly you will be unable to receive
any order information from Bellezza Company.
I've been notified that my item is backordered. What do I do?
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily backordered. Our stock is
replenished on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis depending on the
particular item. You will be notified by email if the item you order has
been backordered. Bellezza Company will make every effort to send your
item as soon as it is in stock and will notify you when the item has been
shipped.
I'm looking for a specific product and can't find it on your site.
Every product we carry is available on our site. There are several
ways to find a product, for more information please visit the shopping page.
There was a mistake with my order. What do I do?
Please contact Customer Service.

We will attempt to respond to all customer inquires within 24 hours
of being contacted. Product research questions may take longer to
respond to.
