All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email.
- If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
- When returning the item(s), all parts, pieces, and printed materials must be in their original packaging accompanying your return.
- Please include the products along with a copy of your original order invoice and a brief reason for the return.
- There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.
- Items that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you. However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products.
- Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
- All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used.
- Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit.
